Dear Larry,
 
We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the service from your team during our recent A/C outage.

Heading into the 4th of July holiday, we noticed the blower on our unit wasn't working.  It was early evening (around 7:00 pm) when we called your number and we got your answering service.  They passed our information on, and within a few minutes, we received a call from one of your technicians who said he would be there around 20-30 minutes.  It was less than this time that he showed.  He was extremely professional and courteous.  He diagnosed the problem and said he would call in a replacement part for the circuit board.

The next morning, the part was replaced by a different technician.  Again, he was very professional and courteous.  The problem was resolved in well less than 24 hours which was remarkable!  Oh, by the way, the price was very reasonable considering the timeframe!

We just wanted to let you know how professional your staff was and how well they did their job.  We were thrilled with the service!  Trust me, all our plumbing needs will be directed to your firm.

Just a little note to let you know how much I am enjoying these 'HOT' summer days.  I haven't said that in a long time. 

To think I didn't want air conditioning!  I actually had to be talked into it!  It probably ended up being one of the best moves I ever made, except maybe for choosing your company to install it.
